Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Shipment

  Securely pack the item in its original retail packaging, including all cables, keycap pullers, and documentation that came with the device.

• 3.
  Dispatch Package

  Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship it to our designated inspection center using a trackable courier service.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for damages; approved returns will be processed for a refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
